Frequently asked questions

Answers to what couples ask us most about coverage, films, travel and booking. Have a question we haven’t covered? Ask us.

Do you specialise in South Asian weddings?

Yes, it’s most of what we do: fifteen years of Sangeets, Baraats and receptions that ran later than planned. We also shoot Christian and multicultural weddings, and couples who bring two traditions together. If your families run things a particular way, tell us early and we’ll plan the coverage around it.

Where are you based, and do you travel?

We’re based in Tampa and shoot across Tampa Bay, Orlando and the rest of Florida. We travel too. Recent weddings took us to Portugal, Santorini, Tuscany and Cabo San Lucas.

How many photographers and cinematographers will we have?

It depends on your guest count. Most weddings of 100–300 guests get two photographers and two cinematographers. An intimate wedding under 100 usually needs one of each. For celebrations over 300 guests we can bring up to eight, so nothing important happens without one of us there.

How does coverage work over a multi-day wedding?

We build coverage around your timeline, not a package. On the wedding day it usually starts with getting ready and runs until about 30 minutes after the dance floor opens. If there’s a 2–3 hour gap between the ceremony and the reception, we can split the coverage so your hours go where they matter. For Mehendi, Haldi or Sangeet nights we’ll recommend what each event needs.

When do we get our photos and films?

Sneak peeks arrive within 10 days, and an edited photo reel and a 1–2min teaser within 30 days. The highlight film (3–5min) and the full cinematic film (20–30min) follow in 3–4 months. If you need everything sooner, ask about priority editing.

Which films do we get?

With cinema coverage you get the teaser, a highlight film and our signature cinematic film, a 20–30min story of the day with real audio. We can add a long-format edit that documents each event in full, or a same-day edit of about 5 minutes to show at your reception.

Do you fly a drone?

Yes, drone coverage comes with cinema coverage when the venue, the weather and the airspace allow it.

Can you live stream for family who can’t travel?

Yes, we can live stream an event so family abroad can watch it as it happens. It depends on the venue’s internet and layout, so we check that with you and the venue beforehand.

Do you offer engagement sessions?

Yes, as photos, a short film or both. It’s the easiest way to get comfortable in front of the camera and get to know us before the wedding. Local, an iconic destination, or somewhere that means something to the two of you: all work.

How do we receive our photos?

Everything comes in a private online gallery, photos and films together. You can download the high-resolution files, share the gallery with family and order prints from it.

Do you make wedding albums?

Yes. Our albums are handcrafted in Italy by artisan families, and we design them with you, turning a few thousand frames into the story of your wedding and everyone who was there.

How do we book?

Send us your dates, venue and rough guest count through the contact page. We’ll check availability, then set up a call to talk through your events. Once you’ve booked, there’s a group chat from day one and a storyboarding session two to three months before the wedding.
